ACTIVITY GIFT VOUCHERS

• You can buy a voucher for a specific driving activity to give to someone as a present. They can then choose for themselves what date they want to come - this is an open-ended voucher.

• If you would like the recipient to be able to choose which driving activity they take part in and when, why not give them a cash voucher – this can be bought on-line, and used against any driving activity. It is slightly more expensive than booking a driving activity and date at the same time but is more flexible as a gift.

• Cash Voucher prices start at an affordable £25 and make excellent presents for Mums and Dads who want that extra Va-Va Voom. (Valid for 10 months from date of purchase.)

• A cash voucher can also be used against special or Last Minute Offers – so you could end up with a REAL bargain!! Keep checking the Last Minute Offers section of the website to see the latest offers!

BUYING AN ACTIVITY ON-LINE

• For most courses, buying a driving activity on-line is £5 cheaper than booking over the 'phone although some of our cheaper courses are not eligible because the price shown is the best price available and offers great value for money for the experience!

If you're an existing customer you're also entitled to a further discount of 5%! To take advantage of the returning customer discount, when you have entered your promotional code that was e-mailed to you at the time of your booking and selected your date, you will be asked for your e-mail address and password. If you don't have a password it could be because your original booking was through either an agency (for example Activity Superstore) or purchased from a retailer (for example Argos, W H. Smith's or Boots) and you will be unable to login as an existing customer.

If this happens you need to contact us (Please note, The 5% discount for returning customers does not apply to purchases of any of our open or cash vouchers, last minute offers - only for experiences booked for a specific date).

• Buying a driving activity on-line and booking your date there and then is the best way to get what you want! The only way cheaper is by purchasing a Last Minute offer but these are offered on a first come first served basis and there is no guarantee that you can get what you want on the day you want.

• The more people that book at the same time, the cheaper the driving activity per person! So if you can get together with a group of friends or family who want to do the same activity, the price you pay per person gets lower (for most driving activities), as the number of places you book increases. Try increasing the number of people in the party on the book now / check dates & prices page to see best prices.

• If you want to book your experience within two days (or less) prior to the actual experience date, it would help with our scheduling if you could confirm that we are available to expect your online booking by contacting us via 'phone - before actually making the booking.

Contact the sales office 01507 328855 (until 5.00pm) or the duty manager in an emergency, but not out of office hours if possible on 07831 585211. If the calendar shows a date as being available, then this is generally the case, but after office hours or on some occasions when activities are booked at short notice, your booking may not be received before the experience date. In rare circumstances instructors may not be available at short notice so we recommend a phone call first to ensure your experience goes smoothly!

If you don’t get a reply / speak to someone, we cannot guarantee that your experience will be available.

AVAILABLE DATES

• Dates on the calendar indicate availability; a red square means the driving experience on that day at that time is fully booked, (although if it is important to come on a particular date, please contact us, we will do our best to schedule an additional activity) a green square means the event is scheduled for that date and there are places available.
If there are no green squares please contact the sales office as we can often add dates to suit demand - especially for one to one activities and/or at short notice.

• Prices during the week are generally cheaper than at the weekend! If you book a driving activity with us Monday to Friday you save - especially when you book with a group of friends!

ACCOMMODATION

• If you're travelling a long way to attend your driving experience, why not stay locally? We can recommend somewhere to stay that will suit your needs whether it be an affordable price, peace & quiet, or a lively night-life!
