Descriptions:

The descriptions of Experiences, events and products on this site are as accurate as we can make them, however there may be variations in equipment, schedules, timings and facilities in the event of mechanical problems arising with the course vehicles or reasons beyond the control of Manby Motorplex. We will always endeavour to ensure that substitute vehicles/facilities are available however if this is not viable, we will offer you either an alternative date or a part refund.

Prices & Payment:

All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

Delivery:

An instant confirmation and presentation document will be sent via email with all voucher and date bookings made on the Manby Motorplex website. If you have specified a postal delivery this will be made by Royal Mail and therefore you should expect delivery within 3-4 working days. Manby Motorplex cannot be held liable for any consequential loss or damage as a result of the failed arrival of a Voucher Pack or Booking Confirmation; however, we can provide duplicate documents.

Company Cancellations & Schedule Changes:

The company reserves the right to change or alter course dates and/or times at short notice and without recompense of any kind, including, but not limited to, travel and/or accommodation incurred by the customer.

Customer Bookings:

All bookings are subject to availability. Voucher holders who are wishing to redeem a voucher are asked to provide as much notice as possible when booking. Many peak dates, particularly at week-ends are very popular and may not be available unless a substantial period of notice is given.

All bookings for a specific date and time are made on the understanding that should the date/time of your booking be severely under booked, Manby Motorplex reserve the right to transfer your booking to an alternative date/time.

Customer Refunds& Cancellation;

Voucher sales Customers may request a refund for a voucher within seven days of purchase; a full refund will be made within these 7-days.  All refunds are made to the original purchaser.

Redeemed vouchers/date and time bookings Once a booking for a specific date and time has been made applications for transfer of course days to another date must be made at least 14 days before the course date. An administration fee of £25.00 will be charged for arranging the transfer. The only exception to this is illness or death in the immediate family. If you need to cancel your activity because of accidental injury/illness to yourself, or a death in your immediate family we may be able to re-arrange your activity on presentation of a medical or death certificate.

Manby Motorplex Vouchers and sales

• Cancellations within 14 days of the course date will result in the forfeiting of the entire purchase price.
• Cancellations between 1 month and 14 days prior to the booked date, 25% of the purchase price will be refunded.
• Cancellations between 1 and 2 months prior to the booked date, 50%of the purchase price will be refunded
• Cancellations more than 2 months prior to the booked date, a full refund will be given
• Driver Name changes can be made up to 3 days prior to the booked date and are subject to a £25 administration fee.
• Non-attendance on the course day without prior agreement will result in the entire purchase price being forfeited.

Agency Voucher Redemption Bookings

If you have made a booking by redeeming a voucher that originated from an agency such as; Activity Superstore, Virgin Experiences, Into the Blue, Thanks Darling, Gift Heaven, or Treat Me, you are unable to cancel your booking and can only transfer the date and time of the booking (up to 14 days prior to the activity date) or driver name transfer, both of which are subject to a £25 administration fee.
If you are unsure if your voucher is an agency voucher please refer to the paperwork supplied with your voucher at the time of purchase.

Voucher Exchanges:

Manby Motorplex vouchers are transferable to a different party name subject to an administration fee of £25.00. Exchanges for a different experience other than that named on the voucher can be made by upgrading at the time of redeeming the voucher. A price differential will be payable at the time of redemption for any requested upgrade.

Voucher Expiry:

All vouchers are valid for ten months from the date of issue. Vouchers may be extended for an additional period prior to the expiry of the original voucher. Extensions will be charged at £15 plus any increase in the price of the Experience.

Safety:

We remind you that motorsport is dangerous and we will require all participants to sign disclaimers (in the event that you are under 18 years of age, the signature of your parents or guardian will also be required) and we will assess the competency of all participants. We reserve the right to refuse your participation on any course if we have consider that you are unfit to drive. Our decision will be final and no refund will be given if we believe participants have consumed alcohol and/or drugs. All participants must be competent and safe to participate in all Experiences.

Restrictions:

As a general rule the following conditions apply, but please read conditions for your chosen activity. You must be at least 17 years old (except for Junior Driver Courses (11-17 yearolds, who will need parental consent on the day). High speed events such as rallying are not suitable for those with heart, back or neck conditions, nor if you are pregnant. Maximum weight is 114kg (18stone), maximum height 1.93m (6ft 4”0, minimum height 1.57m (5ft2”). If you do not fit inside these measurements please contact our office as we may be able to accommodate you with prior notice. A full valid UK or European driving licence will need to be brought and shown on the day. If you are not 100% able bodied but feel you could drive a specific vehicle safely, please call us to check if this is possible. Please read all conditions and restrictions carefully. Full details of voucher or date booking restrictions will be provided on your confirmation documents.

Problems & Complaints:

Any problems or complaints must be made in writing within 7-days of your participation and we will thoroughly investigate all problems or complaints.
